Saman Doye Housman Pranoto & Lie Indra Perkasa

Saman Doye is a song from Black Brothers, a legendary great band from Papua, Indonesia.

i did an arrangement of this song in 2012, for Jazz Goes to Campus performance. The project was called Indonesian Long Play Extended, the idea was to pay tribute to all great Indonesian songs from the past. Saman Doye is definitely one of my favourite.

i decided to re-record this arrangement just for fun with my buddies talented drummer, Housman Pranoto. hope you guys enjoy it. cheers!
